The bar and ends are designed as one whole unit for durability. The bar is equipped with multiple knurling positions for safety, handling, and convenience.

Choose from black or chrome-plated bars in 5-foot, 6-foot, or 7-foot lengths with either a 1-inch or 2-inch diameter. The bars are made of solid steel construction for longevity and can support up to 700-Pound (2-inch) or 350-Pound (1-inch) weight capacity. They have a 0.97" or 1.97" bar end diameter to fit standard plates with 1" or 2" holes, and can also be used with dumbbell plates.
