The 7FT Single Olympic Barbell is designed to fit all standard plates with a 2" hole diameter. The package includes the 7FT single olympic barbell only, with a length of 86.6 inches and a weight capacity of 700 lbs. It can be used on its own for Olympic barbell weightlifting or with standard plates.

The knurled grip on the barbell adds friction and grip to ensure a non-slip hold. The centre knurling helps to secure the bar to your back and chest, while the bearings provide smooth movement to protect your wrists and reduce stress and injury to your forearms. Please note that only the bars are included in the package - plates and collars are not included. The bars are black zinc plated or chrome plated with solid steel construction for durability. They are rated for a 700-Pound capacity and come in 0.97" or 1.97" bar end diameter options to fit all standard plates with 1" or 2" holes, and can also be used with dumbbell plates.
